本(2024)年7月11日至7月24日，預計來自緬甸36位海外青年將來到臺灣，參加由僑務委員會所主辦的「2024海外青年臺灣觀摩團」，期望讓參與此活動的學員感受臺灣的美好,增加與臺灣的連結，成為推廣宣傳臺灣的青年大使。
  14天的活動中將安排學員透過參訪產業、校園及青年交流、人文教育探索、學校課程體驗活動、旅遊景點參觀、生態環境探索，讓海外青年了解臺灣的歷史，並感受在地的文化。
  行程中也將安排參訪臺中霧峰林家花園及懷舊的光復新村，並至南投的日月潭欣賞山水風光、廣興紙寮體驗臺灣傳統紙藝文化，另外為使學員瞭解臺灣宮廟藝術及民俗雜耍習俗，也將走訪九天民俗技藝團。更特別的是將與龍華科技大學的學生互動，認識臺灣優質技職教育環境及教學方法。
  期待所有來參加活動的學生可以在臺灣體驗不同的人文風情及學校的特色課程，透過實際操作，引發學習熱情，提昇學員來臺升學的意願!

Overseas Youth Taiwan Study Tour. (The Fifth session- Myanmar) Press release from NTCU
From July 11th to July 24th, 36 overseas youths from Myanmar are expected to visit Taiwan to participate in the Taiwan Study Tour organized by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC). The tour aims to provide the participants with an immersive experience of Taiwan's environment, history, and culture. The program includes visits to local industries and campuses, youth exchange activities, introductions to local art and culture, engaging courses, sightseeing, and exploration of Taiwan's ecosystem. The itinerary includes visits to the Wufeng Lin Family Garden and the nostalgic Guangfu New Village in Taichung, Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, and the Kwang Hsing Paper Hut to experience Taiwan's traditional paper craft culture. Additionally, to enable participants to understand Taiwanese temple art and traditional folk acrobatics customs, a visit to the Jiu-Tien Folklore Troupe is also arranged. Part of the visit will include interaction with students from Lung Hwa University of Science and Technology to learn about Taiwan's vocational education environment and teaching methods.
 
Through this comprehensive program, we intend to expose the participants to diverse cultural customs and specialized courses offered in Taiwan. By engaging in practical activities, we hope to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and encourage them to consider pursuing higher education in Taiwan.
